Nancy worked for us as a buyers agent (in a sellers market) while we were moving from Michigan to North Carolina. While in Michigan she visited houses for us, sending us pictures and video. While in North Carolina, we looked at houses across many counties. Her job was not easy. We so appreciated Nancys excellent communication, negotiation, calm demeanor, professional experience, inspection referrals, and her husbands experienced HVAC advice. As first time home buyers, my significant other and I were confused about the process and had huge dreams for our future. Nancy put us at ease with her expertise and compassion. Very efficient about scheduling a showing; We were usually the first or second people to see a house. She listened to our thoughts and provided rational assessments of each property.
