The Olive Ann Hotel

Beautiful clean hotel in the heart of downtown Grand Forks. Stayed in a suite which was spacious and perfect for a long weekend. Comfortable beds and supportive pillows. Loved the beds and towels (we all did!) Easy to park with access to great restaurants nearby. A block walk to Hugos if you forget your toothbrush as there is no convenience shop at the hotel. Staff was friendly and responsive. All TVs in our suite had trouble with streaming services. Will definitely stay again. Great selection of snacks and drinks in the rooms mini-bar and priced the same as elsewhere in the hotel and area. Rooms: Hands down the most comfortable beds Ive ever slept in at a hotel. Best described as poofy and cloud-like. The linens were luxurious and comfortable. The Queen Anne kitchen was well appointed for a family of 6 with a full size coffee pot, toaster, dual hot plate and countertop electric oven/air fryer. Large bathroom showers and fresh clean neutral scent for the shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers.

Hotel is in downtown Grand Forks, parking ramp nearby but has low clearance, nerve-racking parking a 3/4 ton pickup but it fits. Hotel rooms are very spacious and luxurious. Many different places for eating and entertainment within walking distance

This place is amazing. I cant talk enough about this stay. Rooms are gorgeous. Sweetwaters coffee in the hotel!!!! Perfect downtown hotel!! Rooms: This was the best stay I have had in years!!!!
