Kayla and John both provided outstanding customer service throughout my extended stay. One particular moment; while I was out, I needed to call the hotel to make changes to my stay and I was fortunate enough to get Kayla on the phone. She listened to me, immediately acknowledged my issue, told me she understood, not to worry about my hotel stay, and that she would take care of everything for me. She did just that!! She made the several changes I needed flawlessly. Her response at that moment, in my time of stress and need, was priceless. I cannot thank her enough. Not to me mention, she was kind enough to check on me each time I pass the front desk. Thank you, Kayla!

We had the best experience! The staff is absolutely amazing. Alice is a true professional and goes above and beyond for her customers. We were in town for a funeral, unfortunately. Our family had three rooms. I can honestly say, Alice's warm, welcoming personality made this experience the best, especially under the circumstances. Yug was at the desk when we checked out and was equally as kind. Thank you Fairfield Inn and especially Alice. We appreciate your kindness! Noteworthy details: Allison is wonderful!! A true asset to any business!! Marriott you have a gem!!

Thin walls so if you get woken up easy or noise stops you from sleeping consider else where. my last visit has made me decide not to select Fairfield inns during my travels. Front desk, apologetic but not helpful when second night in a row someone's tv was so loud I could not sleep at 2am. Just loud enough to be disruptive in quiet hours. Bed ok. no soap in shower containers.

Warm staff with efficient welcome A consistent excellent level of service from the moment one arrives Rooms are very clean Breakfast is spotless and yummy Front desk goes out of way to help ship packages, accommodate and assist with all items Thank you Kayla, Toby, Alice, John and Alice We will return in February Feels like a second home

Awesome hotel with awesome employees. The staff at the front desk are amazing. Room arrangement is great too.
