Well Scott rented out my rental car and Sandy took it back in.They were both exceptional.That being said how can a busy place like that expect 1 person to do everything.That is absolutely mind blowing.How can you expect to have even decent customer service with that kind of work load.Just answering the phones is a full time job now who's going to check people in, Go out and inspect cars, clean cars for next customer.Corprate office(supervisor) over this store should be absolutely ashamed of there selfs.You must do better.

This is picture illustrates the service after the rental you will receive after taking the vehicle. The car was not in good working order and upon return their offer was to take $25 off the rental. Think 5.5 hours of driving in the Oklahoma heat with no air conditioner. Rent with caution and dont believe anything they say about making it right.

The people here are friendly! Only problem is that you dont get the deposit back when you return car clean and full of gas like my rental!

The car was filthy dirty. Hadnt been washed or cleaned. Couldnt even see out of the windows !!! Had to take it to the car wash and spend 20 dollards cleaning and washing it. NEVER lease a car there again. Barf!!!!

Just rented a car and returned it early on 2/07/24. We were told we would be receiving some of our money back for the days we had already paid for, and instead they have taken an additional $400 from my bank account. In this economy, they cannot be making mistakes like this. This is absolutely unacceptable
