Dirty cars, older fleet, no upgrades for President's Circle (despite the written guarantee), pretty rude staff

Pickup was smooth, but i urgently needed to change my drop off location back to Tulsa instead of Dallas. I called Hertz directly and she was so rude and actually hung up on me after telling me to call the location i needed to return to get their approval. I tried calling the local hertz location at the airport with no success for 2+ hours. Why is this so hard to have good customer service and actually help when life gets in the way :(

There was a 250.00 outside cleaning charge that they didnt tell me about. I noticed it as I was doing my expense report. Keep an eye on your bill at this place.

Rented a Suburban to take some Clients to Texas on business 3 days and when picking up suv, it was completely trashed.
Lets start with outside. Never washed, completely coated in bugs, mud, road grime etc. Had to hit a fuel station to clean windows as they even had writing on them stating suv was full of (Pet Hair)
Inside, a huge filthy mess. Carpets, cup holders, chairs Full of pet hair, windows smeared of dog drool, pet smells, food etc. I had no choice but to continue on trip like this to my complete embarrassment.
I will never use this company again. It was so disgusting its hard to put into a review.

I always book Hertz for the convenience and in the Presidents circle as I rent a lot. The airport does not allow car pickup after 9:30 which is unreal as a traveler. Now I will have to book with another rental company.
