    Went there Monday around 1:30pm and to day at 9:00am left and came back around 11:00am no one was there when the door stated open at 8:30am how do they expect us to pay when there not there I ended up calling the robot voice to pay not right but when you can chach them there there friendly and good at what they do

    I called and had my agent switched. I never spoke to Michael. I did however speak to his accounts manager and she was beyond unhelpful. I dont know if anything she said was true. I spoke to a female at the Reeves office in 2022 shortly after accidentally turning off my auto pay. I was reassured it was back on and everything was good. I never had a problem, or so I thought. A year and a half later I find that not only did my renters insurance not get put back on autopay, it was cancelled for non payment (despite my auto being paid on autopay), and my auto insurance went up by $50. I was never contacted about changes and for over a year Ive been uninsured, paying more than I should. I went to the agency and was met with 2 very young and very new women who were not sure what to do. So one of them called another woman and she said she was my account manager. I explained the issue and asked why I was never contacted. She said it was a person who was no longer there and this mistake would never happen again. I asked to have my bundle back and she said I would have to pay a fee to activate the policy. When I asked if they could wave the fee since Ive paid over $300 extra since the cancellation, was never notified of it, this cost me overdraft fees due to the change in price, and it would show a sign of good faith. She said she couldnt do it and the person who could just wouldnt. She refused to even try to contact my agent. When I asked how to lodge a formal complaint, she told me to call back after close. It goes to an automated system by the way. And shocker its an answering service where I found no way to make a complaint. I have asked another agent to take my policy over and am hoping they will help me. The Reeves team is lacking in education, manners and obviously there is no oversight by the agent. I have never heard or seen my agent in any of the times Ive called or gone to the office. Hopefully he starts paying attention to his accounts! Im done with them. If I didnt like Allstate then I would have switched insurance companies.
