      image I had one of the worst experiences with this insurance. I tried to cancel my insurance before they renewed it and I guess the secretary that was there quit. After that I tried contacting Chris several time about why I was still getting charged for insurance that I was no longer using. Every time I spoke with him he would say he would look into it or get back to me. He never got back to me, and he ended up sending it to collections instead of resolving the issue first. I am very displeased with the way the whole situation was handled and I would not recommend this insurance to anyone else.
