        This is a beautiful place to spend four or five days, government camp. The lodge is approximately 7 to 8 miles from Mount Hood, timberline Lodge. Nearby activities: Theres several ski areas, timberline, Lodge, Meadows, and ski bowl. Plus, they have cross country skiing. Welches, Oregon and Sandy Oregon are nearby. Walkability: The lodge is located in government camp. And there are walking trails and there is the main street in government camp that is walkable.
