        Manager rescheduled our reservation to the wrong day over the phone. We were then considered a no-show without any notice. When we arrived we were offered a $30 discount on a room instead of one that we had already paid for. The manager goes home before check in time??

        Good location to access local ski resorts. Service could be better. Wifi does not work on laptops - only on phones, which is very odd.

        The hotel has a great location for Mt Hood activities. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The water pipes to adjoining rooms made a very loud vibrating noise when the show was in use. It's not something you can sleep through. Parking is somewhat limited. The halls reverberate noise so that sound gets amplified. Breakfast was good, prepared food that was hot. Overall, the stay was mice except when the neighbor on either side was taking a shower.

It is always a good idea to book a reservation that is not prepaid/non-refundable during the winter season, as it can be challenging with busy schedules to remember to follow up with the dates that a reservation could be moved to more than once.
