Timberline Lodge

Anytime we have a Mt Hood day we love coming up to enjoy a Bloody Mary with a view from the Ramshead bar on the top floor. A great bloody and a unbeatable view.

Very busy ski lodge from the 1930s ( I think) Fun to see. There was a huge rock fireplace in the middle and windows looking out to the slopes. We enjoyed a beer while watching the skiers.

im a beginner skiier so if u are a beginner this isn't a great place to start, more experienced people this is pretty good.

We had booked a stay here that we were excited for, unfortunately a member of our party had contracted COVID-19 and we were unable to go. We were able to move our stay to a different day, free of charge after talking to a pleasant and helpful staff member. However, we were told that the original cancellation policy would apply to our new moved date. So, we were told that we could cancel our stay if it was 7 days before our stay. Unfortunately, when we had to reschedule, it was for months in advance due to the hotel being booked, and 3 weeks before our new scheduled stay, we learned that a member of our party could not attend as they works in healthcare and have a varying schedule. When we called to cancel our reservation, the lady on the phone was extremely rude, and told us we could not cancel our room or get a refund, even though this was the exact opposite of what we were originally told. Overall, I will never stay here for future visits due to the rude customer service and complete lack of communication and transparency.
