Can't expect much from a holiday inn express these days, but this one did exceed my expectations. Would recommend for a value stay!

Wonderful learning experience about the history, the industries that are key to the Newport area. Very helpful and informative staff.

Beautiful Agate beach and Newport are full of shops, good restaurants and sandy beachs with two lighthouses to see.

Super clean vault toilets. Well stocked with toilet paper, sand sanitizer, and a trash can inside. Would use again without hesitation.
