This place does some of the best work I've ever seen. Even when I miss appointments they are always willing to take me back with open arms. I could go to a garage that would do the work for less, however it wouldn't be nearly the quality or standard that pinnacle offers. They have been working on my cars for years and I will continue to go there again and again until either they close or I'm gone. Even if the price may be a little more than I'd like they will work with you and go the extra mile to fix whatever problem you have. Pinnacle are my cars ride or die.

TL; DR: Mechanic at another shop caught a very visible issue that Pinnacle had ample opportunity to document and address.
Additional Context: Paid over 1K for a tune-up. Our car receives regular maintenance, and this is one of those things you plan for. The day we pick it up, the car has issues that we attribute to a bad tank of gas. We take it back to Pinnacle, and they give a wait and see response after fuel injector cleaners. This tracks to experiences I've had with other cars and the past, and we follow this advice.
The issue doesn't resolve, and we are traveling and unable to return to Pinnacle. We take it to another shop (dealer)that immediately identifies two issues. They provide images of the damage and say one of these issues was glaringly visible, had been going on for a while, and should have been addressed during our previous tune-up (less than 1 week prior). I asked if the kind of damage could've been attributed to the gas and was told no.
There was also an issue with the kind of spark plugs installed in the car during the previous tune-up at Pinnacle, and they needed to be replaced within a week of purchase/ install.
This is not my area of expertise. I trust Mechanics to keep me and my family safe. Based on this experience, I no longer trust Pinnacle with that responsibility.

Update: Went in to get a signal light changed because it was too complex to be done at the autoparts store. Fast, friendly, and thorough service. So glad we have this gem in Carrick.
We got an oil change and an inspection. We had great, efficient, and detailed service both times we visited.
