Ive used Bob for all our rental properties as well as my personal home plumbing needs in Newport the last 7 years - from installing 2 new hot water heaters , numerous faucets, toilets & vanities to trouble shooting and fixing emergency water breaks and disruptions - which seems to happen every year!! By far, the BEST - I HIGHLY recommend!!!

I have used Bob on several projects at different locations. He and Mike are both very professional and carried out each job in a timely and clean manner. They have performed jobs that are as little as fixing a leak, to installing plumbing on a new build, and to getting furnaces and radiators back up and running. They are very prompt, very courteous and the price was very fair. I would recommend them for any type of plumbing needs.

Bob's attempt to install two direct vent gas heaters was a disaster. Exhaust pipes were too long and he threw the gaskets which seal the hole away! Two gas leaks within weeks endangered a family. Bob refused to return to repair the leaks and was unresponsive. License should be pulled. It cost me more money to fix Bob's job than he charged me for the job. Every gas connection he did leaked badly within weeks. A family fled their home in terror, the type of story we see on TV from time to time with a gas explosions, and Bob never even responded to the report.
