After finding out that our main sewer line from the house to the street had been over come with roots and could not me cleared. Roto router company had given me a price to excavate and replace the main sewer pipe.
The price was so high as well as they weren't able to perform the job for 6 days ,The company offered absolutely no compassion as this was all so sudden.
So I searched for a company who could come out asap and best there price.
I found Eddy @ Ocean State Group llc.
He came out with in 45 mins of my call and was so helpful providing information as to why this was happening and exactly what he could do for me.
He beat the prior company quote by almost 50%.
I decided to move forward.
He was back at by house with in 2.5 hours of excepting the job with a crew of workers machines dump truck etc.
I will say I was extremely impressed to see this crew pull up the way they did.
They explained to me fully as to what was about to take place.
At that point my stress was gone.
You just know when someone is at the top of there trade and I felt very confident and worry free during the entire process.
The entire crew all had great personality and had me laughing pretty much the entire time to keep my mind off things.
They had to excavate down 11 feet down and 66 feet long in my front yard.
When I ever witnessed the amount of roots that had grown into my sewer line I was besides my self.
Eddy offered to help me find a tree guy to remove the tree in my yard.
After having no luck in finding someone who was willing to come out asap.
Eddy went ahead and helped me more then any one has ever done before.
Him and the crew took down then 100 year old tree and completely clean everything up.
He went and rented a chipper and when he was done I was in shock. His guys gave me a brand new yard and they even put down grass seed.
This company is unlike any one I have ever came across.
They are so personable, and so helpfull and caring I don't know we're he came from but he was definitely my angel.
