        Very nice hotel. It is very well kept and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Good customer service but the wifi was somewhat decent.

        I stayed at the hotel 3/1-3/2. I was charged twice. I have called the hotel multiple times and been transferred back and forth between the property and I assuming their back office. Both times after being shuffled between the 2 offices I have eventually been hung up on. One time after 5 min and 32 seconds the second time after 6 min and 52 seconds. Terrible customer service.

        Very clean rooms. Staff was extremely friendly even calling after check in to see how we were liking everything or if we needed anything. For the price of a room especially diamond membership, breakfast and parking should be free. But overall great stay.
