There is no better bank than MY WASHINGTON TRUST branch. Rumford. Opening an account was amazing. I made a new best friend. LAURA. Didn't think I needed a debit card, Laura to the rescue. Had a problem setting up first bill pay. Ok this time it was Scott to the rescue. Tellers are amazing. BUT, today I tried using my debit card for a rather large , ok large, purchase. My card was declined. Plenty of money in my account. Again LAURA to the rescue. I love my bank.
