Worst Bank and service ! Never enough tellers , long wait, no drive thru service, closes too early; just go to TD Bank for great personable service !!! My rating would be less if there was a half star......Only Bank rated lower is Santander Bank! Service there was horrible.. Finally called corporate to report customer service there,and especially one particular teller.!!!

3 tellers working, only one is waiting on customers. The second and third teller sat at their computer facing the customers and spoke about who was ordering lunch, where they were getting it from, etc. I was behind another customer who was doing a VERY large transaction (his teller did a great job! She was attentive and thorough) and by the time I was waited on the bank was full and unable to help any other guest- they reached capacity! I understand needing to take your breaks, but it’s unprofessional to be on a sales floor or visible to guests and loudly speaking about lunch etc. if only one person can wait on guests, totally fine! But perception is everything. (Oh and the teller that was ordering their lunch once she was done - she was ordering the food online on the banks computer- was then helping guests. After the line was out the door.)
