I have never had any problem while banking with Citizens. In fact i woke up to two missed calls from the Citizens Fraud department because they saw that my card number was tried to buy something twice and it was not me using it. So i never lost a dime out of my account and all was good. That is how a real bank does things. Love Citizens

This bank has problems because when I tried to get my fee back with unexpectedly appeared into my account which they told me all fix then they took it back suddenly put back on the account without a knowledge sorry you guys need to get it straighten out SMH‍And return their money without taking it thank you
