        While this was the most reasonable. This particular budget at Florence Airport was so aggravating Customer service is never ever in place. Doesn't matter what time you call doesn't matter what time you show up you're looking for someone at that local budget and they are never ever in place. You go in National Avis all the others always have a customer service representative to serve their customers. This is the only one that the customer service seems to get paid for not being there...

        Terrible Customer Service. Employees were extremely rude and the vehicle was not properly sanitized and the exterior was filty. Most definitely will NEVER rent at this location or company again. Its ridiculous on who they employ.
