Ive been trying to turn in my rental papers & the application fee and Ive called and emailed nobody answers ! Help please what should I do ?

I lived here from Dec 2014 until the start of the pandemic, Mar 2020. I really liked the place. The people where nice. Management was helpful. It was affordable.
