The screen was not cracked or anything and I bring it in to see why it won’t turn on and only shows the apple logo. I went back the next day to see if my phone was fixed or what the issue could have been and they tell me that my camera Face ID is what was wrong and I can no longer use it. …. They went ahead and “fixed my camera”….. and now my iPhone 11 Pro Max will never be able to use the unlock ID … My camera unlock ID had no issues before. I do not get it. I’m really annoyed about it. They said apple can fix it.

Very knowledgeable and helpful with getting a phone screen replaced. The phone was finished before the stated time. I would recommend to my family and friends.

Dropped my water-damaged phone off in the morning and had a diagnosis of the damage and estimate of the cost to repair by the afternoon; $110 to replace battery, back camera, and screen. I did not immediately respond to the estimate because I was thinking about just upgrading, as the phone was 4 years old. A couple hours later, I had decided to order a new phone and went to pick up the damaged one and pay the $20 diagnostic fee, but found Charlie had already repaired it. They told me they could remove the parts again and only charge the diagnostic fee. I finally decided to go ahead and keep the repairs (they did not pressure me) rather than order a new phone and so far I'm very pleased, looks better than its looked in years. As far as I can tell, great value and much faster service than I expected possible. Thank you Charlie and the team at Cellular World!
