I just recently visited the Verizon wireless store in Cookeville Tennessee on Jackson Street. Ive done a lot of business at The Store over a long course of years and always been happy. Went in with a malfunctioning, breaking down, android phone. This is more than once this has happened to me with android. First associate I talked to didnt catch his name. He was very helpful in giving me advice on how to resolve this. I followed his instructions and ordered a brand new Apple iPhone through the Apple website. Definitely the best choice of how to purchase a new Apple iPhone, so big thanks to that salesman for the advice! I returned yesterday to the store, having received my new iPhone through the mail from Apple, and I was ready to make the switch. Coincidentally , an old friend of mine, Travis Burton was working, and he helped me through getting changed to the new iPhone. Big thanks to Travis for his help! The work he did for me, and the advice he gave me all worked perfectly! This was nothing more than a smooth easy transition to a much better phone and getting rid of a catastrophically breaking down old one. I have been a loyal Verizon customer for over 20 years and these are the reasons why. Always been happy with them and their service. Thanks again guys at the Cookeville store for your exceptional help!!!

If I could give them a zero, I would. I had called the Verizon's main number from the web page, 1-833-VERIZON, about an issue. I was told to go to the Cookeville store on Jackson, and I was assured by this person that they could take care of the issue. She even told me what documents to take. I drove clear across town through heavy traffic and construction, waited in the store maybe 45 minutes to an hour before being waited on, and then was told they couldn't help me. The option they told me was not feasible. They couldn't care less. I will never buy a Verizon phone.

To have insurance on a device and need help swapping data,pictures, etc, they wanted to charge me 30$

Worst place the so called manager is the rudest and completely clueless And the sales people are scammers and then your stuck paying for way more than what they tell you your going to be paying. Go to the other verizon in cookeville. Wish I would've known about the other location.
