Dr. Shepherd has been my optometrist for over five years. He's always very professional and friendly. I trust his knowledge and experience.
They are also very patient. It took me quite a few tries before I got the right contact prescription. They were very understanding, and they did not have even the slightest issue with me coming in every couple of weeks to tweak the prescription and order new trial lenses.
No complaints at all! I appreciate everything they do and how well they treat their clients. Strongly recommend!
