    I stayed at this same resort 14 years ago when I got married, and it was lovely then. Let me just say, I was very disappointed when I returned here this past week with my family for Spring Break. Our family drove drove from 3 separate locations in pouring rain to meet and share a cabin for spring break, we arrived around 2pm hopeful of an early check-in (which was at 4pm). When we were made aware it wasnt ready we understood and waited an hour or so to check again, to which we were told no. I then arrived at the office to follow up, again, a mere 17 minutes before check in and they refused to give me the address of the cabin just so I could simply park and wait. After check in, we were disappointed upon the lack of cleanliness in the cabin, it didnt appear they spent that much time on it. A drink was spilt later on in the evening and when we wiped it up off of the floor our paper towel was brown from the filth. The bathrooms had spots on the wall from toothpaste, and who knows what else. Only 1 roll of toilet paper was left for us, when we requested a skillet for breakfast preparation, they didnt have one. Even though they had other pots and pans The doorknob to the upstairs deck was broken, so no one could utilize that part of the cabin, and the dishwasher wasnt mounted properly and would physically come out of its own place when loading the dishes. I will not be staying here again. Good luck to ya if you do.

    Thank you!! A few things before I leave a review: Only half of the outside grill works, The jacuzzi didn't get warm at all so we tried the hot tub. The hot tub was cold and not on. However we were disappointed in the hot tub 24 hours later anyway. The hot tub thermostat maybe not working properly. It says that it is hot but it's only Luke warm. That was disappointing. The pullout couch bed is horrible and needs to be replaced ASAP! Not even usable. You shouldn't say on your site that 6 people could stay when only 4 can actually stay. We didn't have 6 people but that information is wrong, The toaster is so filthy that it started smoking when trying to toast a simple piece of bread. The kitchen faucet needs to be replaced. When you turn it on it sprays water from the back of the faucet and gets water everywhere. The mattress upstairs is worn and needs to be replaced. The dryer lint vent needs to be replaced as it is dented and doesn't fit in the dryer properly. There was no arcade for kids as it was said on your site. The pool information needs to be given on the site. The cabin WAS very clean and comfortable but updates need to be done as in a new roof, etc... We travel all over the United States and we were disappointed in the condition of the amenities of this cabin. Your cleaning company is doing a great job cleaning it however no one is keeping up with the up keep of the amenities. If we are paying almost $1,000 for 4 nights you need to have everything working. I would only give this cabin 3 stars. We have used you before with no complaints but we may try another cabin company in the future. Thank you, Dave Hayward Johna Denault #51 cabin

After reviewing your reservation we see that you reported an issue with the Wi-Fi which our team resolved promptly; however, no other items were notated regarding maintenance issues or cleaning. Please know that our team is dedicated to providing resolution any time issues are brought to our attention. Please also note that the starter items provided such as toilet paper are outlined in our rental agreement and other emails sent to prepare you for arrival which mentions that additional supplies are guest purchase. We do regret to hear that the property lacked cookware which caused you further inconvenience and our housekeeping team will be taking inventory to ensure the necessary items are provided for future stays. Again, we apolgize that your experience was less than anticipated and hope you will afford us the opportunity to make it up to you during a future stay.
