I was able to get a room last minute for a good price and I was very impressed. It was very nice, clean, new, and staff was professional and friendly. If I end up back in Abilene, I will definitely be staying there again.

Worst stay weve ever had at a hotel, much less a Hilton Hotel. (Hilton Honors Members)
Pros- Free parking, staff were friendly and helpful, hotel was extremely clean and well organized. Free breakfast. Studio suite was a large room with a king bed and a small sofa, nice kitchenette with refrigerator freezer, microwave, coffee maker, iron and board, kitchen sink and faucet, dishwasher and dishes, nicely appointed 3/4 bathroom no tub.
Cons- Hotel room corridors, doors and room decor were all very austere, looks like they bought everything from IKEA and bolted it to the wall. No wood, all composite materials. No closet, just a small curtained area. The suite was divided by a large pull out curtain, not a wall. The bed felt like you were sleeping on concrete. The AC unit was right next to the bed and wreaked havoc with my sinuses. There was a loud whooshing sound coming from the bathroom vent that sounded eerily like a ghost and went on all night. The shower doors wouldnt stay closed while you were showering. Shower water temperature was difficult maintain. The shower head had very low water pressure and the liquid soap didnt produce any suds. When were at a Hilton Hotel or a satellite, we expect a certain amount of luxury, this hotel was anything but luxurious. I didnt sleep at all that night. I used 30,000 points on this room and it was terrible and I was very tired that day. Will try the Marriott next month.
