Would be a five star, but its a long way to pick up luggage cart to room and back. Otherwise stay was great room was very large and accessible for my wheelchair bound maw in law. I would stay again. Absolutely

We originally made a reservation here. However, I canceled it and moved it to the other TownePlace in Abilene. Somehow, I selected this location on my GPS. I followed the directions (not realizing my error) and went inside. I went to the check in desk and the lady who helped looked like she was about to walk away, but said fine and called me up. I gave her my name and then she said ummm... that was canceled, crossed her arms and looked angry at me. I thought that was weird, I pulled up my Marriot app and asked if we were at the John Knox location. She huffed and said no that's down by the mall. (I am not from Abilene and clearly had no idea where I was and clearly would not know where "the mall" is.) I just ok, thank you and left.
I was so glad we were not staying there. The other location was far superior.
