It is the worst experience of living in this community, if you decide to live here, do not choose the first floor at all or do not move here it will be the best option, the neighbor above seems to have horses as pets and the roof is like a paper and makes a lot of noise You would think they would fall to the first floor, that's how loud the noise is, they don't respect you as a neighbor who needs to rest, you can never sleep well, you can never relax in your place and it's better not to complain at the office because it will be a waste of time for them and For you, they also make you understand that if you complain its you fault and you are wrong not the other person how is disrespectful . The staff and manager of the complex are not interested in your opinion.And they won't do anything about it, you have no say at all. All they want is your monthly payment,that's what matters to them. We came from out of the state my husband make everything via online thats mean that they have the best picture of the apartment for call your attention but the apartments are not as they look in the picture, they are old and cover everything with paint, the kitchen cabinets and the stove from 1890. I am very disappointed with this apartment, it is not what we expected. Check carefully before moving here.We are very glad we got out of there finally.. Good look!!

As I came to tour, Richard really went above and beyond to inform about the property and what was to offer. Although it was out of range for me, I really appreciated the customer service that was presented.

Richard provided an exceptional tour of Copper Ridge. His professionalism, knowledge, and enthusiasm made the experience enjoyable. He was thorough, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to showcase the amenities and apartments. I left feeling impressed and excited about the prospect of living there. I highly recommend Richard and the complex!

Been here for about 2 months and I wish I could rate all stars but the parking here is nonexistent. Cars from people who Im sure dont even live here take up all the spaces. All the apartment buildings located in the center are screwed for parking. Ive had to park buildings away just for a spot. Really annoying.
