Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Reserved car and received a message stating I needed to bring a DEBIT or credit card to pay for rental the day before but then at the time of rental I couldn't use my debit card. Set my trip back hours despite another local Enterprise allowing me to use the debit card. Cost me close to an extra $100 due to needing to take an Uber and pay additional taxes at other location.

My car was hit and I had a scheduled reservation for Today at 3 through my insurance. I called yesterday to verify due to the shortage of vehicles and was again reassured. Today I called and was informed by the manager John that the person working yesterday was not their regular employee and he would not be able to get me into another vehicle for at least another 2 days . No apology or attempt to rectify the situation. His advice was to call a place closer to where my car was towed. Ive used enterprise for years. I will never visit this one.

Unfortunately I am contacting you on what I would have hoped to be my expression of an amazing experience that I had the pleasure of being privy to Enterprise on Elm St, but that could be no further from the truth. After calling to clarification as the the documents state that I can be picked up by Enterprise of my choice location was not the truth. After calling and speaking with the manager there were now stipulations added of a 3 mile radius. I was talked to and treated horribly by one of your associates who they said was the manager. I understand that Covid-19 has been difficult for everyone, as tensions are high and we are all navigating this pandemic together..... but his treatment left me mortified. I have never experienced treatment like this before at Enterprise, as it's been used frequent when needing a rental car. Is there a corporate number in which I wanted to make a formal complaint, and I've made sure to detail my experience online as well.... as no one should be treated with such distain and disrespect. I look forward to hearing from you soon, as I appreciate your time.
