AT&T Store

I pay my bill every month on time, and then bam they move up my bill $10 without even a phone call to notify. I have everything on auto pay so it made a huge difference believe it or not. You would think that companies would reward their loyal customers, after months and months of no missed payments. They just find ways to charge you more. They never really took care of me, the service went out during terrible weather, I couldn't play PlayStation and be connected to the WiFi on my phone. They never gave anything "back" they just take your money and data. The 73 million account data "leak" was the final red flag. If y'all are so smart why don't you just pay me to do whatever you want with my data instead of "leaking" it. This is not a review on this store, but the entire brand telecom service. But the site phone call was awkward too. I don't want to send back the modem for you, I don't work for you. Send the lady you sent to install it to pick up.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The store was practically empty (one other customer in the store) and I waited 10 minutes to be greeted because every employee was sitting down and had their eyes glued to their cell phone. When I finally asked someone to greet me, they were no help. Could not answer my questions. Could not process my order. Had zero expertise in the job. The employees here are stealing money, no effort, no expertise, and no customer service. I decided to cancel my order and just pay for it to be shipped and delivered for me instead because they could not figure out how to process my order. The best part is they told me to wait for 3 days for it to cancel on its own because none of them knew how to cancel an order. Employees here are zero help. This is the second time Ive had an experience like this here and it will be the last time I visit an AT&T store because my guess is as good as theirs when it comes to any questions I have.

Had a pleasant experience. Sales person Steve was quick and very real with my best options even suggesting a different store if thats what was best. Thanks for the help.
