Propane Refill at U-Haul

If I could give zero stars, I would. The person was so rude and so condescending and never answered questions in complete sentences. I called earlier to see if they had propane I came up here and suddenly they dont have propane and I said, when will there be propane, they said, try back later today, maybe when the weather clears up. I asked how does the weather have to do with whether or not you have propane. So then she snapped at me and said maybe the truck? Ive no idea what that supposed to mean, suffice to say, I will never go back to that place.

Customer service is atrocious. I arrived to refuel a gas tank. The lady who assisted me walked out as if I had interrupted her. Maybe I did, because she was on a personal call on her cellphone. She didn't say anything to me until it was time for me to pay. Yes, she still had her phone in her ear. It's no surprise that this establishment gets a one-star rating.
