        I'm running my business out of here. Great place to store your stuff. Very accommodating and will help you with anything within their power. SJ is an awesome manager, much better than most I've dealt with.

        The manager at this location is named SJ. I LOVE HER! Extremely friendly, accommodating, and understanding. My 2 stars does not reflect her as a manager because she's great. Now that we got that out of the way - Extra Space Storage feels like a scam. They got us in at a rate of around $115 then after a few months increased the price to ANOTHER $100 so around $217 and DID NOT EVEN NOTIFY US. They "claimed" they sent a notice but I check my email daily including spam folder and never received a notice. Yet, I always get an email when they withdraw the money out my account. We were told by the manager that she could lower the price but it would not be the same price we started with. We accepted that and were paying $166 for another 4 months and then this LAST STRAW.... they increased $80 so the price was $246 and ONCE AGAIN DID NOT NOTIFY US. I spoke to SJ and she said they sent mailing notices and some of their customers got emails. We got neither. Extra Space storage doesn't do business ethically. They'll continue to raise the price hoping you won't notice! The prices are such huge jumps every time there's an increase you can't help but to notice! It's safe to say we moved everything out this past Easter Sunday. Won't be doing business with them again.
