The lady was professional but the u-Haul location was totally not prepared for what we originally had reserved, we had to scramble and try to find the dollys at other locatios, where we did not have reservations. You all site was just not prepared. No one to put the trailer on the hitch. Bad experience.

DO NOT rent a truck from here. I ordered a truck 4 weeks in advance. Showed up at 9:30 the morning of pick-up and the owner wasnt there and the keys were not available for my rental truck. There was a lady in the office that couldnt help at all and said several times she doesnt handle things for U-haul. She called the owner to come there and he arrived an hour later. I got a call from U-Haul 15 minutes before the owner arrived stating they were going to cancel my order because I hadnt picked up the rental. I told them I had been waiting for an hour to get the keys. The owner is not friendly. He never apologized and just made excuses that were not my fault. He barely acknowledged me while greeting other customers that he was not helping.
