Virtual assistance was with a real person. And the help from all the employees was Amazing when opening a new account. But so much miss the one on one contact. Seems lines inside are super long. And saw some of the elderly struggle for a long time without assistance. Still trying get use to it.

First Light Credit Union has no customer service. I would not recommend this bank. No one answers the phone ever. I called multiple days in a row, even different branches and the 1 800 number, no answer. The online app is very limited and the chat bot is worthless. You have to go in person and wait in long lines to get a simple question answered. If you can, USAA is the very best choice compared to any other bank out there. The customer service is impeccable.

Another disappointing visit to the Firstlight FCU. We had the displeasure of asking for a large cashiers check surrounded by other people in an open environment. This is neither safe, nor professional. We hate the open concept of the new design at the Firstlight bank. Two ladies sat directly behind us talking on the phone constantly as we transacted business. Can they not find a quiet room for the telephone support staff? It was also a joy to be lectured by the bank employee that this is how the world is going with the open concept for the young folks. You can keep it. Well continue to move our assets to Navy Federal. Thanks
