Be VERY CAREFUL with this "bank" very bad service in all aspects, thank God I had this account as a secondary account, they charge you "holdings" up to $100 if you use the debit card as a debit card , example I put $20 dlls on gas the bank hold me $60 dlls , but they could hold up to $100 if you have it!! I didnt have more money , they would hold me up to $100 ...that never happened to me in any bank!! I called customer service , the representative LIE to me saying and blaming the store, i went to the store , they showed me how was the bank the one that hold the money not them!!! DO NOT USE THIS BANK

DO NOT FINANCE YOUR VEHICLE WITH FIRSTLIGHT. BEWARE. We fell behind and we did everything we could to get it up to date. They did not offer any assistance. And they do not disclose all of the information over the phone. One of the vehicles we had was repoed for .50 cents. And of course they didnt help us. And at that time we had absolutely no money to get it back so we had to let it go. And instead of being considerate of your hardship over the phone they threaten you and make you pay all these fees without even giving detailed explanations. We finally had our second vehicle caught up but they charged us repo fees the same day we had made two payments. Keep in mind we have been paying on the same day almost every month until we could get that account caught up. Finally we get the account completely caught up. And our vehicle is repoed because the account is negative for the repo fees that they charged. I work in finance and the company I work with would never treat people like this. We offer SEVERAL different programs for customers going through a hard time because we realize the economy is what it is right now. With that being said they will be hearing from our lawyer.
