I got the premium room for a couple more bucks. Really comfortable. Pillow choices of Firm & Soft, desk/office to get work done or use laptop, plenty of lights, power adapters built into nightstands, nice wood flooring instead of carpet, and the heater/ac works really well, and a room safe. Usual amenities like blow-dryer, iron & board, coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge, &tv. The only let down was the premium room is supposed to have included snacks in the mini fridge, but it was empty. Also, it's next to a strip clup. But separated enough to not be issue for noise nor bringing kids. Rooms: Clean

I like this hotel more and more. It's clean, the location is good, the service staff is friendly, it's suitable for dogs, and there are grass fields and poop bags provided. It's really a great accommodation experience.

I was charged twice and was never refunded. The guy charged me cash and the website automatically charged the reservation online. He created a new reservation instead of charging me for the reservation I had. He said the refund was made, but he refused to show proof, and it's been more than 7 days and I see no refund. Reservation was in the name of Yulisa Navarez. Update. It's been more than 14 days for sure and no refund. They just stole from me watch out guys.
