        Ren was very helpful. We came in looking for bedside tables and rugs and Ren took her time to listen to what we were looking for and offered multiple suggestions. She answered all of questions with much patience. We didnt leave with any that bedside tables that day but with her help we did find a beautiful rug for our living room. She heard our vision and found the perfect one for us. It was delivered two weeks before expected so that was a definite bonus. Overall a great experience!

        Low budget furniture for high dollar prices. Do not buy from here, second purchase of sub part furniture, poor customer service.

        Sales people were helpful and Customer service is NOT. Our table arrived damaged. We've been waiting for over two months for someone to come look at the table we were sent. I've reached out multiple times to customer service. We were sent the parts that were missing to replace ourselves. No one has followed up. Here we are almost three months post delivery and no one will call me back. I do NOT recommend purchasing furniture from Bassett.
