The sofa we ordered and paid for in full in May 2021 has not arrived as of Feb. 2022! The sofa was actually lost and I have received no compensation, explanation or eta. Unfortunately we will not be buying from this company again and have been long time customers. Its been an extremely disappointing experience. I usually dont post reviews but the lack of response from this company leaves much to be desired.

Wow. We are thrilled. The showroom floors really help you pick the right one. Our salesperson nailed it. He was amazing. Great work Team awesome

I dont know whats the sales person name ? But he evaluated me and thought I might not afford their furniture , I dont know where he got that from ?
I was asking about something available for immediate delivery , he suggest I would shop at rooms to go !!!! I hope someone at managerial level reads this review .

Soooooooo slooooooow! I will seriously rethink a purchase of Bassett furniture in the future. I ordered an in-stock sofa 6 weeks ago. It was shipped to my local warehouse over a week ago and no-one has called me to schedule delivery. Every time I try to call someone to schedule an appt., I leave a message and no-one calls me back. At the same time, I order a bed from Rooms To Go on a Sunday and it was delivered on the following Friday. I like Bassett furniture but it's not worth the wait.
