Can't wait for my lease to end for all the reasons that the previous reviewer listed!

Do not rent here - phones are rarely if ever answered - communication is terrible especially for long extensive renovations and projects - lots and lots and lots of mistakes according to staff - tenants are treated poorly - flooring coming up, gaps under doors, my dish washer literally has a piece of wood shoved in it to balance it - leaks anyway - dont even bother making a service request - trash service is terribleeee but youll pay $30 every month anyway - trash constantly piled up/ overfilling at the one dumpster on site - the entire complex has been under renovation within a month of moving in so hope you werent interested in the amenities youre paying for (but they wont tell you that when youre signing the lease) - spent the past month sleeping at work because it took 4 weeks to renovate our upstairs neighbors apartment (no notice) This place isnt a home and I can not wait for our lease to end

Much thanks and appreciation to Amy Hurdsman, the office staff, Renee, Brooke, and all the hard-working maintenance crew. Special thanks to David; he is always so willing to help. I love all the new upgradesbright lighting throughout the property, a security asset, fab exterior paint color, a new roof, and new amenities and additions around the propertyall of which make for the perfect place to live, and I have called my apartment home for 7 years now. Thank you again for all the improvements, Amy! You are the an asset to the Olympus Town Center properties.

I moved here in October of 2023, I was met with a warm and welcoming staff who helped me with the whole application process. I currently live in a one bedroom one bath apartment with my wife on the second story and we love it at the Olympus Town Center. Its quiet and clean. The staff is very communicative about updates, renovations, and even community gatherings. They are responsive to maintenance request. They are invested in improving the living experience here. They repainted all the buildings, implemented new lighting throughout the neighborhood, and have done improvements to the plumbing. They even gave me a birthday card wishing me a happy birthday. The staff here care and are doing their best to take care of our needs. It cost a little more to live here relative to other one bed one baths in the area but is worth every penny because of the staff, the amenities, and the location. If you are looking for a place to live, I recommend visiting the office and asking the staff for a tour. They are more than willing to accommodate you.
