Our interactions with Isabel at OSG were exceptional. She helped us get a fantastic apartment at an affordable price. We are so happy to join the OSG community. Looking forward to living our best lives here in Keller.

Ever since we have moved here from out of state, it has been the best place weve ever resided in apartment living. The office staff, Stacy and Isabel, have been very friendly and helpful. Theyve always been there when we have a problem or a need. Not to mention the maintenance staff, George and Josh, are the best! They always go above and beyond to get everything done in a timely manner. If youre looking for a nice place to live, check this place out!

I am so glad I didnt end up moving here. My experience with their leasing office was exceptional until about a week and a half before I was supposed to move in. I get a call in the middle of the work day telling me, that yeah, that lease you signed thats supposed to be a binding legal agreement? Yeah, you cant move into that unit anymore. Why, you ask? Because the current resident who was supposed to be moved out by that time wants to renew their lease. I have no idea why they were not only okay with this, but were willing to tell me this a week and a half before I was supposed to move in. Isabel their office manager or whoever she is has the customer service and problem solving skills of a wet piece of toilet paper. She didnt even apologize. The entire time well its not my fault. It took days of asking for my deposit back before they called me to confirm they had sent it, too. If theyre willing to just break laws before I even move in I can only assume the headaches I would have experienced living here. Yikes.

It was a mixed experience from 2 years of living there. On the plus side: the location is as safe and quiet as you can get, as its located down the street from many restaurants, the post office, etc, and adjacent to a lovely nature trail and creek. That was a really nice perk. The amenities are actually great-we had a extra storage closet to rent, which was a help. Keller is a charming town and super safe. Management and front office are kind people, especially Stacy, as were the maintenance, all very hard working folks. They organized events and treats for the residents and I appreciated that. Unfortunately, there were several major negatives to Olympus Stone Glen as well: we were on the second floor of the building, and the neighbors below us were overly sensitive to our just walking around, so it makes me think the floors arent sound proofed adequately. We are not loud partier types, we work all day and sleep at night, have no big dogs, wear houseshoes while indoors, and yet the downstairs neighbors were always complaining! We actually stopped using our own washer/dryer because we wanted to be less noisy for the neighbors and took to whispering in our own home! Ridiculous!! Also, we could smell pot smoke from other units as well, which drifted into our living room by way of the balcony, and the foyer/stairwell turned into a hotbox where we could also smell smoke often. The valet trash collection is a great idea in theory, but on the days theres no trash service, trash would pile up in front of neighbors doors and during the hot summers it would be quite pungent from the same hotbox effect! The trash dumpster/compacter was a long walk on the other side of the complex from us, which was quite inconvenient, as I cook a lot at home and so have a lot of kitchen scraps and trash pile up. Basically, this complex was a terrible match for us, and so we had to move finally. Enough was enough. And that brings me to the last negative: upon moving out, we were charged $700+ to replace the carpet, despite paying pet rent, and a pet deposit and a security deposit. We hired a cleaning service upon move out, so it was very disheartening to get such a big bill when we left the apartment in really clean and in excellent shape. Of all the years of living in apartments, Ive never been charged that much and was very disappointed. :(
