Evergreen At Keller

My best friend has lived here for 5+ years and loves it! I have to make appointments to see her as she stays SO busy with social events, group meals, special presentations, and time with close friends that are also residents. The Keller community really dotes on these residents!!! Exterior is newly renovated, grounds are neat and kept clean, and apartments are roomy and comfortable. No complaints and a happy place to visit!

I didn't visit there not sure why it showed up on my time line drove past it maybe? I'm sure it's nice but I live in a house on an acre in Keller Texas

Ive been here for 1 year, they do provide a lot of activities for residents, was recently notified of large rent increase, maintenance staff does timely repairs even when short staffed, but I had ongoing issue with excessive noise from 2nd floor resident. They made attempt to handle situation but it was never fully resolved until resident moved out. Mgmt needs to be more proactive about these types of issues, instead of simply saying this is apt life

Is there a rating lower than one star? Honestly, there should be a negative star rating, because this apartment complex sadly does not even deserve one star. Our mom was a resident for thirteen years, and the residential units were poorly maintained and managed throughout most of that time period. She chose to stay there not only because it was affordable, but was also in a great location close to her church and friends, and convenient to shopping and medical facilities. She was a very good tenant and always paid her rent on time. Upon her death, our family thoroughly cleaned her apartment over and beyond what was required, but we were still charged additional cleaning fees because it wasnt up to their standards. even though most of the items that they were not satisfied with were ones that were needing to be fixed by them and had not been. The apartment unit was in need of major work and definitely needed to be renovated, but nothing was rarely taken care of by management while she continued to live there. We would NOT recommend this complex to anyone, as the management was less than caring and very inconsiderate. Except for just a small handful of staff that were pleasant and helpful, the overall management and supervision was one of the worst we have seen.

They do not work with you , even if you are the power of attorney person. Do not recommend them at all. Very sad
