Horrible experience at this hotel. I am a road warrior traveler that travels every week and stay with hiltons. I will NEVER be back to this place. My smoke alarm went off in my room 20 min after arrival. NO I was not smoking in the room, but yet i got charge a $250 smoking fee. The GM Jacob would not call me to discuss only communications were via email. They also went into my room the next day even though i had a do not disturb sign on the door. Thats a complete invasion of privacy. This hotel is an absolute joke for a Hilton property! Hilton you have lost my business due to this!
I did NOT remove or tamper with a smoke alarm. Your maintenance staff came to my room and removed them. Then never brought them back for the entire stay. Way to lie about what happens and why you entered my room unannounced!

Rooms: Rooms were very clean and spacious. We had a suite - the bathroom and bedroom were separated on the other side of the room and then a kitchen area and living room.
Safety: Felt very safe at this hotel. There was no issue with our cards for our rooms, and they checked our IDs as well as there was a driver to and from the hotel to the airport.
Walkability: Great hotel in walling distance to so many restaurants and shops! We walked down to dinner at a new restaurant each day.
Food & drinks: There is an On The Border restaurant inside the hotel, so the food was pretty good. Breakfast- must-have are the hand-made omelets, delicious. Room service was also great and super easy to use.
