So I go into t mobile because my phone the new Galaxy ultra wasnt charging correctly. They ordered a replacement thanks to my insurance. I came in at 7 and the Manager Richard said I cant do a transfer of your phone because he said it takes to long. I told him its a new phone with hardly anything on it. He says you should be more responsible and come in early. I was like WTH in my mind.. I told him give me the phone and Ill go somewhere else to be helped since you arent help me. I also told him some people work and Im more of a responsible person that you since I have two jobs. Then he stated well Im not going to give you your phone. I told him youre acting like an A H! And I left. They can keep this phone as Im going to another t mobile and making a claim. I will be paying off my phone within a few months and will be switching over to AT&T as they have quoted me 97.00 cheaper rate for three lines.
I suggest anyone that is trying to get service from T mobile to look into other carriers. After 13 years with them lately they have been dishonest and cheaters with the rates and how much you get from your trade ins. Their customer service is no longer there and when this guys disrespected me by saying that I should be more responsible, They just lost a customer !
