I personally will never book there again! This happen today. I booked there. I had a family emergency. I told the gentleman my aunt just got in a wreck and is in ICU I won't be able to check in can you please issue me a refund since I won't be able to come. He said the owners are over seas for 2 months and he won't be able to. He wouldn't call them reach out threw email or anything. By the way my aunt just passed away as I'm driving to the emergency that I had explained to why I wanted my refund. I would never in life send someone there with that type of customer service!! Firstly, I never try to leave a negative review here because we are business owners ourselves in a different state and understand ratings are super important. However, this warranted one. We had initially booked with the hotel and was told there was a breakfast and when we went to check in the attendant just scoffed and said we just put that there for bookings. There were people coming and going all night and a van that sat running outside our door for at least two hours past 2am with people going in and out and cars coming and going. Several folks leaving rooms in the middle of the night looked highly intoxicated or drugged up. We felt INCREDIBLY UNSAFE. Then while checkout was at 11:00AM, they came banging on the door at 10:30 telling us we had to get out or they would charge us AN ADDITIONAL NIGHT. We arrived at 2AM after a long drive and had asked for a bit of courtesy time after checkout and they said we do no courtesy. You pay for your night and then you leave when we say. There are so many better affordable options to stay in Waco. DO NOT make the mistake we did!!
