We moved into our home four years ago the tank was purchased by the original owner so when we called them out to fill up the man who came looked up our tank and it was not on his inventory because it had been purchased before and we paid 400 dollars to have it filled then we get a bill for yearly rental and I called and the extremely rude lady answered and called me a liar and said I need to pay for the yearly rental so for 2 yrs I did she called this year and I told her Im not paying rental when I shouldnt have to so they came and took the whole house while we were gone and took the whole tank with propane in it!! I will be contacting my lawyer . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!!!!!

I have always been very pleased with the service I received until the craziness that happened in 2020. After 28 years of being a loyal customer I get a late fee. I always paid on time but this one time I forget to include rental fee (which the rest of bill was paid) and didn't realize it until I got my new bill and it had the late fee. I called and asked since I had been a long time customer if it could be waved. Well I talked to 3 different ppl and I was told bill is automated and it was automatically generated on bill.
No personal interaction anymore. Very disappointed. Being a loyal customer means nothing to StarTex Propane

VERY COLD OUTSIDE!! Even COLDER SERVICE INSIDE!! Gal at the counter could SERIOUSLY use an attitude ADJUSTMENT!! BTW PRICE GOUGING IS A CRIME GIRLIE!!

They destroyed my fence opening for my gate. You can clearly see the tracks from their machine right up against my gate openings. Called the office and they say " my driver said that they did not do it " yet how would have they know that. I knew this when I just called them to tell them.
