If I could give this place no stars I diffently would! When I went to order, not one person in the lobby, bunch of kids standing around. When I placed my order it was ready before I could get my drink! When asked if this was fresh they pulled out the food from the warmer and said yes it is. I replied theirs no way this food is fresh, can I please have fresh food? I was was then Told by a really rude blonde teenager that I should have asked for it to be fresh....umm isn't this Wendy's motto..made fresh to order? Horrible place horrible service and just horrible kids working here. Please save your money.

From contaminated food to food sickness. Sad and true! An employee was using a personal cell phone while preparing and wrapping guest food. As customers we deserve non contaminated products. I.e. food&wrapping paper etc. From the back to the front! It feels as if what women complain about while having MS, I have been vomiting plus lord knows what; I am bruised, hurt, damaged from this rare observed food poisoning. These actions are in corrective state, as I called and spoke with a manager today. Yesterday morning I thought not to much when I saw this employee with gloves on both hands, cell phone in the left hand FOOD being touched with the right. Then it went on to using WRAPPING PAPER touched by both hands. When my phone is dirty, it has salivaspecs on the screen. I am very unhappy, and very sickened; luckily the sickness was after I had made a stop for 34hrs, allowing me to heal uncomfortably.

The young man at the counter was soooo nice and patient and I heard another customer come up and compliment his customer service skills. Our order was correct, the restaurant was clean. Best Wendys! Thank you.

Place just sucks in all ways good luck ordering ur food and if u manage that u get cold food made the wrong way. The truck stop next door has a great taco shop in it fast friendly service and great food. Don't waist ur lunch break trying to order at the Wendy's

I made a mobile order for dine in. Consisting of One Daves Single burger, Chili Cheese Fries, Medium drink and a Small Frosty. MAIN CONCERN: When I received the burger there was no tomato, one raw onion ring and no lettuce! Yes the burger had cheese, dressing and 2 tiny slices of pickle. The kitchen had the items and neglected to properly dress my burger. I took it back and asked for it to be remade with adequate lettuce, onion and tomatoes. And specially requested it to be fresh. Not 20 second later I was told my burger was ready. Quite a shocker it was ready so fast! The new burger had more onions, an actual tomato but not a fresh burger. It was stale dry, just a very old burger on my freshly made burger. Im very displeased and dont understand why fast food people just dont care about making good food for the customers. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION NOT EVEN AS A LAST RESORT 02/05/22 The picture with this post is the remade burger. I wanted to showcase the amount of lettuce I was given. Theres hardly any!
