        Awesome experience! Technicians came within the window they scheduled. They were professional and were able to quickly identify the problem with my water heater. Came back the next morning with the part to fix it.

        We had a wonderful experience with Total Home Services of Utah. First and foremost, it's hard to find a business that you trust these days. It's not just that they were professional, non-pushy, knowledgeable, friendly and hard workers, they were very honest in their dealings and were very upfront with everything. They stayed and didn't leave until the job was finished and I was very impressed with that. I give them my highest recommendation. This is an honest business that you can trust.

        Had them come work on my fridge that was under warranty, they damaged my floor, service manager came out and took pictures so that he would submit it to insurance to have it replaced and fix since they cost damage to my floor. He also pointed out that they did more damage than I originally thought. Its been months they don't answer my calls, and I havent heard back from the service manager. This company doesnt actually take care of the customer. No follow through, no feedback or updates on the on going issue of fixing my floor.
