I went after Marc based on google reviews (Google messed up his company's reviews so it may show just a few now. But there were tons of 5 star reviews when I last time looked at them), and I am so glad I did. I got a high quality AC unit with a very reasonable price, unbeatable from any other bids. I got prompt responses with all my questions. On top of factory parts warranty, I have also 5 year labor warranty from Marc. What makes me happy the most is that, I never needed to bargain/negotiate with him. At the very first offer, I immediately knew that was the best! Oh one more thing, Marc is such a nice guy, just like your next door neighbor ... Services: Duct and vent repair, AC installation

The owner was on time, quick to give a bid, quick to get me on his schedule and in one day I had my old boiler and weird heating system and AC gone and replaced with 2 heaters and 1 AC. Very efficient company and system, haha.

Marcus and his team are phenomenal. Recommend 100% from start to end. Was told that I needed a new furnace/AC system. Had 3 contractors come in and provide a quote. Have to be honest, I was already sold on Marcus before he left. He was honest, upfront, and respectful. Having zero experience with anything to do with HVAC, he took the time to explain everything. He was FAST! I was able to to get my units installed in 2 days. The guys responsible for the install were also amazing, professional, fast and respectful. It was a clean install of the heating, air con and whole home humifier. I was especially happy to see they took the extra step to level my air con unit. At zero point did anyone try to oversell me or dazzle me with lingo and things I did not really need. I 100% feel like I could not have gotten a better experience anywhere else. Having just handed over a tidy sum, I have zero regrets about my choice of contractor and equipment. Wholeheartedly endorse. Services: Heating system installation, AC installation

Wow! It would be hard to put into words the relief Marcus from Ascend brought to our family. I’m so glad I found him. Our AC went out on a hot summer day and we were miserably hot and nervous about the cost of repairs. A company came out before and said we needed a whole new unit and quoted us several thousands of dollars and we didn’t trust them; they seemed off and really shady. Marcus was exactly the opposite. He responded the same day and he just exuded kindness and trustworthiness when he got here. We felt very comfortable with him and he fixed our unit while we watched, gave advice and explained everything as he did it. He just really put us at ease. And to top it off, the cost of the repair shocked us in a good way (I literally could not believe how little it ended up costing us) and confirmed the other company was trying to make a gigantic sale. And now our AC is running better and colder! Yay! I am so happy I found this company and the positive reviews left by others and I just had to take the time to do the same. I could not recommend him more. Thanks Marcus, we appreciate it!!
