They were scheduled to come out at 9 am. I took the time off work they havent shown up. I cant get the service manager on the phone, unavailable all day. I called 5 times and each time they said we are on our way. Would give them -10 stars if I could. Horrible customer service reps who were rude and unprofessional. Service: Repair HVAC

Updated Review: Review for 08/10/2021 I called A1Quick again because the top part of my house was not cooling because my house is so big, they were very fast got there that night around 1830 hours and checked my rooms and bath rooms up stairs and they knew what I needed, and he told me he would let me know the next day the price. He was able to get me a great deal and quote to get my second AC unit installed, he (Raphael) worked hard and got the best quote for me. 4 other AC companies came to my home and told me quote well above 10k and 12k and A1Quick was able to give me a good deal 5x cheaper than everyone else, I trust Raphael and his employee's so much more than others now. Jose and Luis, Mahonry were great, they came and helped Raphael add new ducts and the second AC unit and they hide all the wires and everything to make it looks flush with my house, They were very honest and trustworthy and treated me like family. I will make sure to recommend them to anyone in Davis and Weber county who is looking for a great AC team.Thank you Raphael, Jose and Luis Mahonry, you are amazing and  really do appreciate you three for taking care of me, and my home.Review below was for 07/07/2021My AC went out a last week, and I called this company, I told them what happened and they came out right away, and I found out my unit was very old, and they assured me they can get it done right away. I was pretty mad because of the heat but they got here the next day, and installed and brand new unit and furnace in less than 5 hour and explained everything to me. They showed me what they did, how they did it, and even went over the warranty with me. Jose and Luis was very respectful and honest and they treated me like family. They even came by a few days later to check on me and my unit. I really enjoyed talking to them and I recommend them to anyone who wants a great experience and good service. Thank you Jose and Luis.

Amazing service. I was installing a thermostat and all of my wires were mixed, leading to a lot of confusion and not a lot of time to fix it (its 20 degrees tonight). These guys were amazing, they showed up and had the problem fixed (including sorting and re connecting a bunch of wires) in about 30 minutes. They took the time to explain everything and walk me through it because I requested it, and gave me a card in case anything happened. Super professional, super quick and very friendly. We are having a horrible experience. Our furnace went out in cold winter. I was desparate and mistakenly gave them up front payment. Then we tried to back out because another company told us that system was too much for our house.They wouldnt let us without significant financial penalty The other company was right! The new system A1 put in has stopped 3 times. Now A1 says the problem is our house and wont fix it- not his new $14,000 furnace-AC system fault. That is exactly what the other company warned us of. It's July and we are burning up.
