Called this company on February 10 (Friday) around 430pm and requested a call back to give me an estimate on a bathroom remodel. EIGHT days later, never heard anything from them. I'm not sure if this is a legitimate business or if they are too busy to return a phone call. Very unfortunate that I cannot even receive a return phone call... even if they cannot come out immediately.

I highly recommend Tailor Made Kitchens & Baths.
I worked with Patricia to pick new flooring, sink, faucet, countertops and backsplash for my kitchen. She provided excellent guidance and coordinated the scheduling of all her subcontractors so that there was minimum disruption for me in my kitchen. Each of her subcontractors was excellent and they also spoke very highly of Patricia. Service: Install flooring

We have employed Tailor Made Kitchens & Baths for a number of home
improvement projects over the years. We started with a simple
project, replacement of the backsplash in the kitchen. Patricia
and her work crew did such a good job on that, we had them
do a number of home improvement projects, including remodeling
the kitchen, two bathrooms, a powder room, as well as a number of smaller
projects.
What makes Tailor Made Kitchens &Baths so special? That would be the
owner, Patricia Kropac. Patricia is intimately involved in each project.
She plans well, and has employed knowledgeable professionals to
accomplish each phase of a project, so the project is done right.
Aside from that, she offers valuable advice regarding the right colors
and materials to use . My wife found such advice to be a great help. She
also stands behind her work, and any problems found were promptly corrected.
In short, she does an excellent job, and we have recommended her to
our neighbors and friends.

Ive had two separate projects completed by Tailor Made Kitchens and Baths. Several years ago I had renovation work done in my kitchen. The owner, Patricia, was very helpful in picking out countertops, flooring, sinks, backsplash, colors, etc., since I find it hard to visualize the finished look. After several years, I still love the choices and the kitchen upgrade.
This summer Patricia removed a built-in bathroom vanity and replaced it with a new one. The new vanity is solid wood and much higher quality than the old one. Again, she helped me with picking out the countertop, mirror and colors. I am so pleased with the upgrade. I recommended Tailor Made Kitchens and Baths to two friends who both had renovations done and I certainly would recommend Patricia to anyone else.
