Tailor Made Kitchens & Baths

Called this company on February 10 (Friday) around 430pm and requested a call back to give me an estimate on a bathroom remodel. EIGHT days later, never heard anything from them. I'm not sure if this is a legitimate business or if they are too busy to return a phone call. Very unfortunate that I cannot even receive a return phone call... even if they cannot come out immediately.

We have employed Tailor Made Kitchens & Baths for a number of home improvement projects over the years. We started with a simple project, replacement of the backsplash in the kitchen. Patricia and her work crew did such a good job on that, we had them do a number of home improvement projects, including remodeling the kitchen, two bathrooms, a powder room, as well as a number of smaller projects. What makes Tailor Made Kitchens &Baths so special? That would be the owner, Patricia Kropac. Patricia is intimately involved in each project. She plans well, and has employed knowledgeable professionals to accomplish each phase of a project, so the project is done right. Aside from that, she offers valuable advice regarding the right colors and materials to use . My wife found such advice to be a great help. She also stands behind her work, and any problems found were promptly corrected. In short, she does an excellent job, and we have recommended her to our neighbors and friends. Sent from my iPad

Contacted for a quote. Took several weeks to get back to us. Spoke on the phone and was very condescending. Declined to give us a final quote without explanation or follow up.. I believe she is racist and doesn't work with people of color. Our money is green too!! I do NOT recommend Patricia kropac. Very unprofessional. Go elsewhere.
